In the world of digital space, the data security is key requirement to ensure safety of people and assets.
America, being the leader in digital technology along with the internet and communication had a lion's share of technology experts who could do wonders. But also, that lead a few to take an alternative path from the others to get access through the back door.
In the world of hacker space, even before people knew and spoke about ethical hacking, one name is certainly the most remembered, Kevin David Mitnick. Kevin was the guy, who chose the path of hacking into the digital space out of curiosity and ended up behind bars for years, on several counts of crime.
Now that made the Kevin not just a criminal to be nabbed by the US government, but also the most sought after expert on the matter of data & cyber security. The most important point to note was that, Kevin used his hacking outcomes to nothing outside apart for the sake of curiosity. So, that made him a hero in the public eye and eventually also to the government agencies. He founded a company, Mitnick Security Consulting.
Mitnick Security Consulting helps corporates and technology forerunners to incorporate Kevin's expertise, on how to make their products and services, more robust and secure for it's customers.
Kevin David Mitnick passed away in 2023 at the age of 59, due to pancreatic cancer.
